November Long Weekend Offers at Wiatraki

The November long weekend is the perfect opportunity to visit Masuria and spend time with friends, family or colleagues. To mark the occasion, we have prepared special offers that will make your stay at Wiatraki even more enjoyable.

Canine Communication Workshop with Julka from Psiaotycznie 🐶

Julka is a canine behaviourist and dog trainer who also runs a home-based dog hotel in Warsaw. Every day, she helps guardians of fearful, aggressive and reactive dogs better understand their pets’ needs and behaviour.

During the session, we will discuss the fundamentals of canine communication and the signals dogs use to express themselves. Julka will explain how to find the right balance between respecting your dog’s boundaries and setting clear, consistent boundaries of your own. She will also share advice on what to avoid and what to look out for in everyday situations, including approaching and passing other dogs during walks.

The session will include a short practical workshop on handling a lead correctly. You will learn how to use it in a way that supports safety and communication while helping your dog remain calmer during walks.

This session is for anyone who wants to understand their dog better and build a relationship based on trust, respect and clear communication. 🩷

Additional Paid Services

• Finnish sauna and infrared sauna,
• A wide range of massage treatments – further information is available in the SPA section,

Additional Activities at Wiatraki

Canine Communication Workshop

Understand your dog before they start talking. 🐾

Dogs communicate with us every day—through eye contact, movement, body posture, facial expressions and behaviour. During the workshop, we will learn how to recognise these signals and better understand what our dogs are trying to tell us.

We will discuss canine body language, emotions and needs, as well as how our gestures, tone of voice and behaviour affect our dogs. You will learn to recognise signs of stress, anxiety, excitement and comfort—and respond in a way that builds trust and a sense of security.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to communicate more effectively with their dog, build a deeper bond and respond more consciously to their needs.

Good communication begins when we learn to listen—even without words.

Individual socialisation walks with a canine behaviourist are also available for an additional fee.

“Flavours of Masuria” Culinary Workshop

Join us for a unique “Flavours of Masuria” culinary workshop led by our Head Chef, Ireneusz Koniuszek—a master of the culinary arts and recipient of numerous awards in Poland and abroad.

During the workshop, you will discover the secrets of traditional Warmian-Masurian cuisine and learn how to prepare regional goose dishes, traditionally served to celebrate St Martin’s Day.

The November long weekend is a unique opportunity to learn techniques, recipes and flavours that have shaped Masuria’s culinary identity for generations—under the guidance of a true master.

The workshop will conclude with a tasting of the dishes prepared together, accompanied by warm hospitality, conversation and flavours that perfectly capture the spirit of our region.
