LAS Restaurant is a restaurant in Masuria, located in the forest by Lake Maróz, right on the route of the popular Marózka kayaking trail – it is ideal both as a stopover and as a destination in itself. It is also a restaurant near Olsztynek, in the heart of nature, where you can savor the most precious flavors of the region. Our menu is based on regional products sourced from local suppliers. We offer dishes that smell of the forest, seasoned with forest herbs, and created in accordance with the rhythm of nature.

We are open all year round to share the richness of local cuisine and the charms of nature with you – regardless of the season. Our menu changes with the seasons, and every week we prepare special offers outside of our regular menu just for you.

“Dinner in the Forest” is a unique evening in the heart of Masurian nature, where signature cuisine meets art and live music. Chef Ireneusz Koniuszek, together with guest chefs from Poland and abroad, prepares a tasting menu based on seasonal, local products, with each dish accompanied by a carefully selected, inclusive wine pairing. The event begins with an exhibition of works inspired by nature and culminates in a live concert that completes the atmosphere of this multi-sensory experience.
Chef Ireneusz Koniuszek is a master of culinary art who passionately combines the traditions of Warmia and Masuria with a modern approach to cuisine. A graduate of Kendal College NVQ3, he has been awarded many times in Poland and abroad, including a bronze medal at the Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart. A winner of prestigious awards such as the “Golden Fork” (Złoty Widelec) and the “Hermes” from the Culinary Restaurateur’s Guide (Poradnik Restauratora). His cuisine is a blend of authentic Masurian flavors with the creativity and lightness of modern gastronomy. In his work, he draws on local heritage – fish, game, and seasonal vegetables – giving them a new, exquisite form. It is thanks to him that the LAS Restaurant gains its unique character, and every meal becomes a culinary journey through Warmia and Masuria.
